A 27-year-old Connecticut man is accused of carrying on a consensual sexual relationship with a 15-year-old in a neighboring county in New York, authorities announced. A Pennsylvania man was arrested in Bergen County, NJ after authorities said he extorted a victim over Snapchat using nude photos. Jourden Battle, of Tobyhanna, PA, was identified by authorities following information that came from Mahwah police last April, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
