Walter Dolder, 37, of Milton, New York, will serve up to 27 years for rape and assault among other charges. Dolder will also have to register as sex offender for the rest of his life. Thomas Edward Irwin, Sr., of Bellefonte, has been charged following a series of sexual abuse acts towards a child less than 13 years of age. Irwin, Sr., was the caretaker of the child at the time of the alleged crimes. He exposed himself to the child, and had inappropriate physical contact with the child, say Manheim Township police.
