During the latest episode of “Last Week Tonight,” on HBO Sunday night, Aug. 30, Oliver offered to donate $55,000 to charities in Danbury if Boughton followed through on the joke of renaming the city’s sewage plant in his honor.

Let's Dance: Burlesque Troupe Taking Their Talents All Over Long Island
A new Long Island burlesque troupe made their debut in Smithtown this month.
Founded by Patchogue resident, artist, and musician Jenn Woodason, The Dirty Show performed May 17 at The Rail.
"It's a very modest, hilarious burlesque style troupe of musicians and comedians and dancers and there is a lot of variation within the format," Woodason said. "The entirety of the show is flexible and comedy/improv skits. We also play our own live music. We're very funny, cheeky, lovable, classy, and it's not a predictable show by any stretch of the imagination."
